THE GUARDIAN FELLOWSHIP
A Residency for the Next Leader of Ocean Conservation
We seek the Guardian Fellow: an elite scientist or activist who embodies our organic essence and honors the mission of ocean conservation.
We offer a high-value residency (valued at over $20,000 USD) including lodging, stipend, and full access to the A’AK Universe — so you can lead direct environmental action and immersive Active Conservation Tourism experiences with our Ocean Guardians community (coral care, turtle-nest protection, beach restoration), supported by the Gran Arrecife Maya Foundation, inspiring visiting members through your impact.
THE BEER TIDE: The Rhythm of the Tribe
Your 'Nest Stay' flows with the rhythm of our 'Communal Brewer's Journey'. There's no happy hour; celebration is a permanent state.
ACT I: THE RITUAL OF THE SUN – 9AM-6PM
•Frequency: Daily and Continuous.
• The Scene: “El Vitelino” functions as an ultra-luxury coworking space and lounge. The music is Organic Downtempo (for concentration).
• The Magnet: The “Communal Beer Altar” (unlimited draft of Tulum Beer, Botz-ha Water, Specialty Coffee)
• Ceremonial Check-in: The “Guardian of the Tribe” welcomes you to “El Vitelino” with a complimentary draft from the Communal Altar.
ACT II: THE TWILIGHT RITUAL – 6PM-7PM
•Frequency: Daily (once a day).
• The Magnet: The transition ritual. The “Guardian of the Tribe” dims the lights to “Lunar Mode,” lights copal incense, and taps the keg of “Elixir of the Night” (special edition beer). This is the moment when the digital nomad closes their laptop and joins the tribe.
ACT III: THE MOON RITUAL – 7 PM – CLOSING
•Frequency: Daily (Nighttime).
• The Scene: “El Vitelino”
• The Magnet: The community’s main celebration (included in your stay). The “Elixir of the Night” flows. Live DJs play organic music and percussion. This is where high-end networking happens.
THE CEREMONIAL CALENDAR
THE NIGHT RITUAL
Your immersive nine-act dinner at A’AK. A choreography of fire, water, and soul, held in a climate-controlled, indoor sanctuary where the Guardians officiate the dinner as a living performance, culminating in the iconic Fire Show.
THE SOUND RITUAL OF UJ
Walk along illuminated paths to the Sacred Cenote UJ and the Mushroom Bar. It’s not a party, it’s a sensory journey guided by chants, percussion, and live organic music that envelops you in a state of silence and inner connection.
THE CEREMONY "MAYAN FULL MOON"
The most exclusive event in the Universe. A nine-course dinner, a fire show, chanting, and organic music merge at Cenote UJ. A ritual where our Shaman and Master Brewer bless the monthly batch of our “Mayan Full Moon Sparkling Beer.”
MEET THE TRIBE
Voices of those who experienced the ritual and felt the magic of the cenote, the fire, and the beer born from the sea.
